Resolved Question: Ideas for 3 year old February birthday? ?

I know it's quite a bit early to be planning my son's birthday, but I need a lot of time. I wanted to take him to Chuck E Cheese for his 3rd birthday which is Feb. 25, 2009. But...now I'm pregnant and due 3 weeks after that! So... I don't want to be 45 mins from home when I'm that far along. My son was 5 days late, but this one could be different. Do you have any really fun ideas for a 3 year old boy birthday party? I live in a small town called McMinnville, Oregon. I don't want to go to Salem or Portland for his party. Thanks! Also, we'll be willing to spend about $100 at the most, not including presents. Sadly we don't have a backyard. We live in a 2 bdrm townhome and not enough room in our home for everyone we'd want to invite.
